It is faulty and cannot be easily replaced
You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong item due to incorrect research.
Total Solutions IT return policy is valid for 21 days from the date of purchase. If it has exceeded 21 days since date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund goods.
All items must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
If you cannot find any item suitable for exchange you may choose to receive a store voucher/credit which is valid for 12months.
